Monica and I are going to do the Million Pound Match Up with Biggest Loser. We have been together for almost 5 years and in those 5 years we have both fluctuated on our weight.
We begin to realize that we are not healthy, and that we have a chance to make a difference in our lives. We took a long hard look and realized we needed to make a drastic change. We both had gotten to the point that we had decided for Mo to try to get pregnant in 07 . Conceiving a child is a harder struggle when you are overweight. Conception was not happening and we both realized we need to make a LASTING change. We tried to get healthy in 07, it just seemed impossible. We have an adopted son and 2 relative foster children, that take up quite a bit of our time. We just haven't been able to balance life with kids, find time for ourselves, and time to work out.
We have now made our 2008 New Years Resolution to help each other lose weight, feel better about ourselves and each other. We would also like to try to get Pregnant!!
